Activation Request Emails

Once your integration is live within the Alto Marketplace, when an agent chooses to integrate Alto with your platform you will receive an email containing the AgencyRef needed to link your platform to the agents Alto group.

The email will be sent to the email address that you use to login to https://connect.vebraalto.com/connect.

You may not want all the activation emails sent to the email address you use to login, so please think about where you want the activation requests sent, if that email address is different to the one used to login, then you should contact the team on [email protected] so that we can change that email address for you.
